Panasonic has announced a new zoom lens for Micro Four Thirds system cameras, the Lumix G 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6 POWER OIS. The Lumix G 12-60mm provides 35mm equivalent focal ranges of 24-120mm with an aperture range of f/3.5 to f/22. The lens gets a thumbs up for construction being both dust, and splash proof. The PXW-Z150 utilises a 1-inch sensor capable of capturing 1080p video at up to 120 frames per second, mated to a 12x zoom lens which in combination with the sensor can offer 18x zoom at 4K and 24x at 1080p.
