Fuji X-H1 Coming February 15th

We have further supporting evidence of a February 15th announcement date for Fuji’s forthcoming hybrid camera the X-H1. The Camera Store TV will be screening a Fiji sponsored film on the 16th using ‘unannounced equipment’. It is likely that the film has been shot on the X-H1 using X-Mount MK lenses, and will mark the arrival of the new camera. Some interesting buzz cxoming from camp Canon this week seems to suggest thet the manufacturer is working on a camera design that is unlike any camera design that has been seen before. Details are vague but reports suggest that the camera will come in two sizes, an EF or EF-S unit, and an EF-M unit. Nikon’s New Mirrorless Might Feature a Dual Pixel Sensor

A recently revealed patent appears to show that Nikon are working on their own version of Canon’s DPAF technology, to be deployed in there forthcoming range of mirrorless cameras. It would appear from the information we have recieved, in the form of a patent, that the system works in a similar fashion to Canon’s DPAF system. Canon to Release EOS 90D This Year

The latest rumors suggest that Canon will introduce a successor to the popular EOS 80D in the second half of 2018. The camera is slated to use an all new APS-C sensor (as opposed to the now widely used 24.2MP chip) and should feature a new version of Canons DPAF technology.
