Canon has lodged a patent for an extremely impressive sounding EF 28-560mm F/2.8-5.6 lens for full frame sensor cameras. Canon are rumored to already be working on a replacement for the popular EF 28-300 f/3.5-5.6L IS, but the formula for the patented lens in comparison is truly outstanding, with it’s fast 2.8 minimum aperture and huge focal range.
