Canon has had two new lens patents published within the last 48 hours. The first lens is a new Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II. This lens is expected to be released with the forthcoming EOS 5D Mark IV as a kit lens but should also be available as a standalone unit for around $1200. The new lens will replace the current Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II lens which has a been a stalwart in the Canon EF lineup for a long time now. Check out the details below:
