Sony A6700 Rumored Specification
There can be no denying that Sony’s A6500 (and it’s predecessors) has been a hit, and we can therefore be fairly certain that the firm will update their popular mirrorless stalwart, possibly in the runup to Photokina this year. So far details are few and far between but speculation is surfacing about what we may expect from the new Alpha which is currently being referred to as the A6700.
I’d call these a wishlist rather than a spec list do far but the following is what is currently doing the rounds:
1. AF is vastly improved with Eye tracking, you can call the cam a mini A9
2. Better low light performance, standard ISO do touch the 51200 mark
3. New 4K HDR, 4K 60p is for limited time in test versions
4. Compatible with UHS II
5. 1/8000 shutter, faster Continuous Shooting
6. 2x Improved Battery Life
As you can see there is nothing eyewatering so far as it is backcally just a shopping list of improved features, the A6700 is an exciting prospect though and we look forward to hearing more!
